Kerahsiaan

Maklumat peribadi anda seperti butiran kad kredit, nombor akaun bank disimpan dengan selamat dan sulit bersama kami. Kami tidak akan berkongsi sebarang butiran peribadi anda kepada pihak ketiga. Laman web kami menggunakan aplikasi keselamatan yang sesuai untuk menjaga keselamatan maklumat semua pelanggan pada setiap masa.

Keselamatan

Laman web syarikat kami menggunakan aplikasi keselamatan yang sesuai untuk mencegah kebocoran butiran pengenalan peribadi pelanggan kepada pihak ketiga, pendedahan yang tidak sah, dan pencerobohan. Walau bagaimanapun, perlu diingatkan bahawa sebarang maklumat yang dihantar melalui Internet TIDAK dijamin selamat 100%.

1.Return of products
Barang-barang/produk yang dikembalikan akan diperiksa bersama dengan resit. Item-item tersebut harus dalam keadaan baik, dan pembungkusan hendaklah dalam keadaan asal di dalam bekas penghantaran asal seperti yang diterima. Sekiranya barang-barang/produk telah digunakan atau rosak oleh pelanggan, tiada bayaran balik akan dikeluarkan. Vidara tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang penghantaran yang hilang semasa pengembalian. Setelah kami memeriksa dan mengesahkan barang-barang/produk tersebut, pelanggan akan menerima item baru mereka dalam tempoh 5 hari kerja selepas pengesahan.

Dasar penghantaran
Masa Pemprosesan Pesanan dan Penghantaran Standard
Kebanyakan pesanan diproses dalam masa 2 hari bekerja selepas menerima pesanan. Pesanan yang dibuat sebelum pukul 1:00 petang (GMT+8:00) sepatutnya diterima dalam masa 3-7 hari bekerja. Pesanan yang dibuat pada hari Sabtu, Ahad atau cuti umum akan diuruskan pada hari Isnin atau hari bekerja pertama selepasnya. (Hari bekerja tidak termasuk hari Sabtu, Ahad dan cuti umum). Pemprosesan pesanan mungkin mengambil masa yang lebih lama semasa musim puncak atau perayaan.

Terdapat masa-masa apabila masa pemprosesan pesanan akan mengambil masa lebih lama daripada biasa, seperti item Pra-Pesanan atau item jualan panas yang mungkin kehabisan stok. Sekiranya terdapat situasi sedemikian, Sokongan Pelanggan kami akan menghubungi anda pada tarikh yang tersedia secepat mungkin. Jika anda tidak bersetuju untuk menunggu tarikh yang diberikan, kami berhak untuk membatalkan pesanan tersebut. Sila rujuk kepada Dasar Pemulangan dan Terma Perkhidmatan untuk maklumat lanjut.

Kami akan memastikan bahawa semua produk yang dihantar mempunyai pembungkusan yang betul tetapi kami tidak menjamin bahawa kerosakan atau pengendalian yang buruk oleh pihak ketiga mungkin berlaku semasa transit.

Pesanan Tertunda atau Hilang
Sesuatu bungkusan dianggap hilang selepas ia berada dalam sistem pos selama 15 hari bekerja. Kami tidak boleh bertanggungjawab atas kelewatan yang disebabkan oleh perkhidmatan kurier, terutamanya semasa musim puncak atau keadaan yang tidak dijangka (seperti bencana alam, pandemik, perang, rusuhan, keadaan darurat, perintah kawalan pergerakan atau penamatan mendadak perkhidmatan pihak ketiga). Walaupun pesanan biasanya mengambil masa yang lebih singkat daripada itu, kami tidak dapat menghantar penggantian sehingga tempoh masa ini berlalu atau melainkan bungkusan telah disahkan hilang oleh perkhidmatan kurier.

Alamat Salah atau Tidak Lengkap
Jika bungkusan anda dikembalikan kepada kami kerana alamat yang salah atau tidak lengkap, anda mesti membayar semua kos penghantaran untuk menghantar semula pesanan anda ke alamat yang betul. Kami tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan pesanan anda jika alamat yang diberikan semasa pembayaran tidak lengkap atau salah.

Penghantaran ke Malaysia Timur adalah terhad kepada item terpilih, biasanya untuk item di bawah berat volumetrik 30kg.

Kos Penghantaran
Sila rujuk kepada yuran penghantaran yang dikira semasa pembayaran. Kos penghantaran dikira berdasarkan berat volumetrik setiap produk yang dibeli. Kos penghantaran untuk kaedah penghantaran terpilih adalah berdasarkan caj yang dikenakan oleh perkhidmatan kurier. Kos penghantaran mungkin dikecualikan atau dikurangkan semasa tempoh promosi tertentu, menggunakan kod baucar, kod diskaun atau diselaraskan secara automatik berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pengguna laman web mungkin perlu log masuk dengan akaun pengguna yang sah untuk menikmati manfaat tersebut.
